To achieve this, we have well understood HSE rules, procedures and policies, backed up by audit, training and safety observation.
We reinforce these through a safety culture where everyone is empowered to challenge and ‘stop the job’ whenever they observe unsafe practices. We promote and expect visible and proactive safety leadership at all levels of the organisation.
This is reinforced by effective and consistent communication, to create clarity and set expectations of how each operation on a Haventus site is to be delivered.
